Wendy Courtney

Wendy served with Kitchen One for One for a year and a half finding great joy in volunteering. Eventually leading her to accept Chris and Mark’s offer to join in God’s plan for this amazing food truck. She is a mom of three first and you will often find one of her kids being” volun-told" to help out on the truck or at the commissary. Wendy has a passion for connecting people with an approachable, easy way to serve God one taco at a time. Believing strongly that when you volunteer it changes you, maybe more so than the people you are there to serve. When not slinging tacos she loves being outside in nature, hiking, camping or on a quiet lake paddle boarding.

Brian Laney

Brian began serving with KOFO when he and his now wife, Shannon, volunteered at one of our events for their third "real" date. As his appetite for our tacos grew, so did his affections for those in need. Now, as our food truck operator and official spokesman for Christ, Brian's favorite part of the job is ministering to our volunteers and those we serve. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising / working off taco calories

Bobbie Brunton

Bobbie Brunton began serving as a volunteer with Kitchen One for One after hearing about us at a Women’s Conference at her church.  At the time she was working a stressful full time job in the corporate world,  finally retiring in the fall of 2022.   When hearing about the part time administrative position with us, she jumped at the opportunity!!   Bobbie continues to volunteer with us on a regular basis, seeing the need for  fellowship, smiles and great food (queso mac being her favorite!!) for the people that we serve.  Bobbie lives in Littleton and enjoys family time, golf, quilting, hiking, and being outside in her spare time.

Chris Kilcullen

Chris has a long history in hospitality, professionally working in the hotel and restaurant business over a 30-year career.  After being called to use these gifts at a local Denver Church, Chris felt called to use food to help those in need.  Chris and his wife Tyra met Mark and Annemarie and discussed a mutual promoting to love people in need serving food and dignity and Kitchen One for One was born!

Mark Sunderhuse

Mark founded Kitchen One for One with Chris with a heart to help serve delicious food to those less fortunate. Mark has an extensive background in private equity and enjoys using his gifts and professional skills honed over the years toward this mission. Mark lives in Evergreen with his beautiful wife. He enjoys mountain biking, wake surfing and skiing in his down time.

Mitchell Sunderhuse

Mitchell has served with “KOFO” over the years and now helps manage the website and social media. His heart is to see those stuck in cycles of poverty, mental ailments and spiritual bondage break free and believes in the power of a good taco, a warm smile and prayer. He lives in Evergreen with his wonderful wife and three precious daughters.
