Volunteering with Kitchen One for One

Each week, Kitchen One for One offers opportunity for people to give back and volunteer their time and efforts for the benefit of others. As we gather to serve, whether it’s preparing food in our kitchen or feeding those in need at one of our events, the selfless actions of our volunteers has an incredible impact on our community. Their dedication and compassion reflect the love of Christ and bring hope to those who need it most.

Scripture reminds us in Galatians 6:9: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Your efforts, no matter how small they may seem, are sowing seeds of kindness and love that will bear fruit in due time.

Jesus Himself said, in Matthew 25:40: “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these… you did for me.”

As we serve, we can know that we are serving Christ Himself through our actions!

Our service is a testament to the power of God’s love. Let us go forth with joy and humility, knowing that we are the hands and feet of Jesus in this world.
